Alien: Isolation - Mission 14 - The Descent (Part 1)

Ripley finds out that Sevastopol Station is actually owned by Weyland-Yutani and that this information is classified. The entire space station runs on their protocols. According to entries on a system block below the Apollo Core, Ripley stumbled across this information, which states that a few days prior to her arrival at Sevastopol Station, Weyland-Yutani purchased the entire space station from Seegson. Investigating at the Apollo Core, Ripley realizes that the station's reactor is the real reason Sevastopol Station existed, and that the alien that she took down wasn't the real problem. In reality, there is said to be an alien nest in Sevastopol Station's Central Reactor that is of considerable interest to Weyland-Yutani. Ripley immediately makes his way towards the reactor to investigate.

On her way to the Reactor area, she first encounters a Working Joe Android and several surveillance cameras, which she can cleverly avoid and hide. She finds a locked vent battle, but to open it she must first find an upgrade for her ion torch. After doing so, she proceeds through the ventilation shaft, which takes her to a maintenance area where another Working Joe is patrolling. The power supply for the doors is out of order and Ripley has to find another way. She ends up having to manually turn on multiple generators to restore power to a crane and to pass through an air vent underneath a vehicle. The android makes her life difficult and she even has to flee from him and hide several times until she can surprise the robot at the right moment, kill him and turn on all the necessary generators.

Ripley crawls and climbs through the air vent and gets into the area previously closed by doors. There she comes across another Working Joe android, whom she wants to surprise just like the other robot before at the right moment, but that doesn't go as planned. The Working Joe notices Ripley at the last moment and tries to kill her. Ripley escapes and grabs a homemade weapon from a nearby table, which is actually a converted rivet gun. With this bolt gun she is able to kill the android. She then finds a personal terminal with which she opens a door by entering an access code.

Through the door, Ripley now gets to an elevator that takes her to the access area of the reactor. She climbs a ladder to the Central Reactor and gets through a door and an elevator into a large hall where the Central Reactor is located. As soon as she arrives, Ripley is immediately attacked by several Working Joe's androids, which she can barely get rid of with the help of her shotgun. Disoriented at first after the hard fight, she then goes to an elevator that takes her to the reactor's maintenance area. When she gets there, Ripley is shocked to find that the entire area is a giant alien nest complete with alien eggs, and that all of the missing persons from Sevastopol Station are here to serve as alien hosts. Ripley plans to destroy the nest by overloading the reactor.
