Canon Pro9000 Printer Service Error Code 9200 9100 Printhead Stuck Pro9500

The service error code 9200 and later 9100 appeared on the computer screen and the lights on the printer keep flashing in alternating order. I tried to pull the carrier to remove printhead and see if that is the error. I did find the problem source.
