Qualification:

Age Criteria:

Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years old.

Skills:

Basic understanding of work instructions

Physical fitness to manage production-related tasks

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Discipline and good communication with supervisors

Job Role:

As a Helper at Dr. Oetker India, Noida (Sector 67), you will play a crucial role in the daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in production work such as packaging, labeling, and dispatching products.

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the working area.

Supporting machine operations under the guidance of supervisors.

Ensuring all quality control and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

This role requires high energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to meet daily targets effectively.

Basic Salary:

Day Shift Salary: Upto ₹15,000 per month

Night Shift Salary: Upto ₹17,000 per month
