Star Citizen: Fix for hangar items are in a prototype stage read more below

This here proves that we can in fact place items, and they should be stable. This is proof of their tech working but not implemented for player-owned placements or items. CIG used Engine tools to move and place items, and they work just fine as physics is disabled. But if a player interacts with those items, they become dynamic and physics-based. If a player manages to place items back where they found them, the physics do not shut off, and we end up getting them to bounce around. The problem is CIG uses DEV TOOLS to place those items in the marketing video, misleading its community. But otherwise the tech is there; it just needs to be applied to how players move items around and not some dev tool.
