 STREET CORN DIP 🌽
• 2 cans corn, drained
• 1 small can green chiles
• 1 medium red onion, chopped
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 2 tbsp @lifewaykefir Farmer Cheese
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Zest of 1 lime
DRESSING
• 1 cup mayo
• ½ cup plain @lifewaykefir Kefir
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
Add the corn, green chiles, onion, cilantro, farmer cheese, garlic, and lime zest to a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
