Rajiv Satyal is a comedian and host based in Los Angeles, known for his clean, TV-appropriate material that makes him one of the most adaptable performers in comedy today. He started his career in Cincinnati, Ohio, his hometown.

Rajiv’s introduction to standup was anything but ordinary—he performed his routine for then-World No. 1 tennis player Pete Sampras in a locker room. His career includes several unique highlights: he opened for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi before a crowd of 17,000 people and created the hugely popular "I AM INDIAN" video, which has amassed over 100 million times. The video was shared by Bollywood celebrities and used to introduce the Prime Minister at events in Shanghai and Dubai. He also holds the distinction of being the first person to perform a full hour of standup comedy anywhere in India. Rajiv has opened for Russell Peters more than any other Indian comedian and has also shared the stage multiple times with comedy legends such as Tim Allen, Sebastian Maniscalco, Jo Koy, Kevin Nealon, and Dave Chappelle. Notably, he opened for Chappelle’s first show after his much-discussed break in Africa. In a memorable night in New York, Satyal closed a show at the Gotham Comedy Club, taking the stage right after one of his idols, Jerry Seinfeld.
