Sea Machines & TUCO demo Autonomous Vessel Tech in Korsor, Denmark

Sea Machines and TUCO demonstrated autonomous & remote command of a fire boat with the Danish Maritime Authority in Korsor, Denmark on Aug 24 & 25th. The vessel is outfitted with the SM300 autonomous control system and the vessel was operated via a remote graphical user interface. The port limited us to 5 knots which is much slower than our usual speeds but it was a great couple days showing off the value of remote command for work boats. With no one at the helm, we allowed guest remote operators to take control from afar and guest riders (see the folks on the aft deck). At 2:30 the remote operator activates the onboard fire pump. http://www.sea-machines.com
