4x15 last two sets 10 reps of neutral and wide grip

Machine lateral raises
4x20 first two sets lean forward for more trap and rear delt focus 10 reps EACH increase weight each set by 10lbs

Machine/Pec dec Rear Delt Fly
5x20

Arms

Preacher Tricep Extension Machine super set with Preacher Bicep curl machine
3sets 4x15-20 reps

Machine dip press super set with seated cable bicep curls
3 sets 5x20

Cable rope hammer curl super set with tricep pushdown
3sets 5x20
