No-Bake Hazelnut Cheesecake ❤️

This No-Bake Hazelnut Cheesecake is rich, decadent & has an indulgent filling made with melted chocolate & nutella ❤️❤️

Here’s how you can make this at home ☺️

Ingredients-
Biscuit Base:
•60g digestive biscuits - 1/2 cup
•1/4th cup hazelnuts
•2 tsps sugar
•30g melted butter
Cheesecake mix:
•300g cream cheese
•1/4th cup melted chocolate
•3/4th cup Nutella
•1-2 Tbsps icing sugar
•Pinch of salt
•1 tsp coffee powder
Garnish:
Chopped Hazelnuts
Ganache
6” cake Tin

Process:
- Start with the base by blending biscuits, hazelnuts and sugar together
- Add melted butter and mix it until combined
- Pat it down in 6 inch cake tin and put it fridge it for 10mins
- For the cheesecake mix , Sift icing sugar and coffee powder on the cream cheese and whisk
- Fold in the melted chocolate and Nutella and mix until combined
- Pour this mixture into the cake tin and fridge it over night
- Garnish it with some chopped hazelnuts and chocolate ganache and Enjoy!!
