November 12, 2015: My Cast Iron Collection

A number of collectors have made YouTube videos showing off their prized collections. November 12 is a date of personal importance, and on this day in 2015, I felt like sitting down and rambling about my collection of cast iron cookware. I hope this video provides some information regarding the long and comvoluted history of cast iron pans of the 19th and 20th century. If not, then you can at least enjoy yourself making snide comments about this guy rambling on and on about old kitchen pots and pans.
