How to Shoot a Knuckle Ball

For today’s video, I will be showing you guys and gals how to shoot a knuckle ball. What is a knuckle ball? A knuckle ball is when the ball has little to no spin on it causing the ball to move unpredictably through the air. I will demonstrate my technique on how to hit one. I like to reference David Luiz’s knuckle ball in the 2014 World Cup because that is the technique I am the most comfortable with. The other technique with laces might be more comfortable for you so try out both and see which one you like more.
