KissMeOrganics Culinary Grade Organic Matcha Review

I am so delighted by this Matcha Green Tea Powder from Kiss Me Organics. It was the first time for me trying the culinary grade matcha and I'm happy that I have this kind to incorporate in baking and making chocolate truffles. The Cooking or culinary grade matcha tea is created to be used for a number of different purposes. It is designed to be mixed into other ingredients like into a smoothies, cookies, cheesecakes. OMG the possibilities are endless for this product. This has a more bitter and astringent taste than the ceremonial grade teas. This is because when you mix it with agave syrup or maple syrup for baking or cooking this will neutralize the bitterness and enhance the taste of it. It is also used to make ice creams which I want to try too. I used this to make dark chocolate coconut butter cups and it was just amazing! With just a tablespoon, I was able to make a dozen of chocolate cups and even my husband who is not a green tea or matcha lover almost ate them all up. This is a great buy because the contents are a whole lot more than others being sold. I don't own a bamboo whisk, yet, but a normal whisk can do the trick in mixing this. I don't see a lot of clumping when I used this green tea powder. The color is a little bit dark but once I mix it in with my smoothie or latte the color is really vibrant. I am very, very satisfied with this culinary grade green tea matcha! This will definitely help me cook up more guilt-free treats that my family can indulge in! I highly recommend this porduct!
