In this video, I take you through an Off-Season Goalkeeper Training with 3 other goalkeepers. We start with a thorough warm-up that activates the legs, hands, passing, diving, and the brain. Then we progress into two game-realistic drills, where we have different scenarios, where we force you to make a decision and you have to place yourself in the proper position.
