Nayani uses her experience as a researcher in interdisciplinary projects that merge STEM and artistic approaches to elaborate on the intersection between science and literature. Nayani Jensen is a writer and engineer from Halifax, Nova Scotia. After completing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Dalhousie University, she was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship and completed a BA in English Literature at the University of Oxford. She is now pursuing her MSc in History of Science at Oxford, where she is studying 19th-century responses to changing climate conditions. Her research interests include environmental history, the history of popular science communication, and interdisciplinary projects that merge STEM and artistic approaches.
