1994 Range Rover Aegean Blue Part 1 - will it start? Parental warning

New project from a customer. Registered Jan 94 this must be one of the very last Hard Dash Range Rover Classics. Customer has welded up all of the rusted out areas. Asked me to step in to help with mechanical and electrical maladies.
