Mercedes-Benz AC Stepper Motor, C230 Clicking Noise, Part-1/2

This video illustrates 2002 Mercedes Benz C230(W203) Kompressor HVAC common stepper problem and attempt to fix it.

This first attempt failed due to the stepper motor level failure, but still the video gives insights about the problem. I am not a mechanic btw so keep up with my slow work... :))
