I wanted to make a quick video clearing up some misinformation I’ve seen about phosphene weapons in Borderlands 4. Some people seem to think that phosphene weapons are locked to the character you get them on, but that is not the case at all. I’ll give an example now. The Aegon’s Dream is the only weapon that I’ve found a phosphene version of on my Harlowe; you can see that the challenge is checked off here. Now let’s head over to a brand new level 30 rafa that I made, you can see that I don’t have the phosphene challenge category on this character because I have not found any phospene weapons. Even though I don’t have the challenge done I am still able to equip the phosphene camo or skin on this Aegon’s Dream. So even though the challenges aren’t shared between characters, the phosphene camo is shared.
