Despite that winter is the coldest time of the year in Israel, the weather is still lovely to put on your t-shirt and short pants and go out for a morning run! Follow me on the run in the lovely city of Bat Yam, the southernmost area of Tel Aviv district, famous for its beautiful beach, popular surfing spots and relaxed vibe. Jump on your treadmill and follow along while you’re doing your running workout, treadmill walk or just want to enjoy the amazing views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Middle East, Mediterranean Sea and Bat Yam Promenade. You will see other people running, swimming in the sea, doing sport, cycling, fishing or just hanging out with a cup of coffee on the beach. We'll cross Bat Yam by running from its southern border with the city of Rishon LeZionYou to its northern border with Tel Aviv - Yafo and back. This video will give you an understanding of how small the cities in Israel are, because in fact you’ll run from one city to another.
