What I don't like in a Woman

So, for years, we have heard women's rendition of their Ideal man, now here is what I want in a woman.
Everyone deserves someone in their lives that loves them with an unconditional love. This means, that you layout your values, and/or principles in the very beginning of the relationship and your partner accepts them, and doesn't try to change you because they don't possess the same values. It should be mutually understood and accepted from the outset.
