Severe Sciatica & Leg Pain Relieved After 4th Gen Endoscopic Spine Surgery | Patient Experience

In this patient experience video, a 45-year-old female shares her recovery after undergoing 4th Gen Endoscopic Spine Surgery (UBE) for a L5-S1 slipped disc.

She initially presented with severe right-sided sciatica, radiating leg pain, numbness, paresthesias, and difficulty walking due to neurogenic claudication. Despite medications and conservative treatment, her symptoms continued to affect her daily life.

She underwent Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic (UBE) Spine Surgery in March 2026. Following surgery, her leg pain improved significantly, and she was able to walk comfortably the very next day.

Today, she is off all pain medications and has returned to her normal daily activities.
