Melrose Cafe and Boutique in Kauai ☕️ 👗

One of the most charming spots on Kauai, Melrose, is part café, part boutique, part “where has this been all my life?” It’s playful, creative, and the details go way beyond the food and drinks (which happen to be excellent ☕🧁).

They host garden parties 🌿, prep picnic boxes you can order online 🧺, and stock sweet gifts that are actually worth gifting. A great stop whether you’re a local or headed out on a Kauai adventure.

The fabulous Valerie Harjo and I shared a blueberry muffin scone and went for the coffee lineup: I had the Mr. Melrose—white chocolate, French cookie syrup, almond milk (yes, it’s as good as it sounds), and Val had the caramel latte with house-made caramel. 🔥

Girl Boss moves from Val who matched her outfit to the cute napkins! I need to up my game next time I venture out with her, hard to keep up.

Local, woman-owned, and full of personality—find them on Kuhio Highway, open 7am–2pm, Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays. Go check them out and support local 🙌
