Golden Axe Speedrun - Tyris Flare 7:35 (Former World Record)

1000+ runs after my terrible choke, Sub 7:40 has been finally achieved :) Unfortunately the timer didnt stop at the end haha, oh well!
Few interesting mistakes in this run, especially on level 2. Even though that mistakes happened, I believe that the only mistake that actually cost me any real time was on level 7 where I hesitated to knock off the shadow henninger. Otherwise, I feel like the RNG that was given to me as a result of the level 2 mistake would have been much different had I been on decent pace exiting level 2. Over this grind I have become a pretty firm believer in RNG begin influenced by the performance of the level prior. The RNG I got in level 7 of this run, I've gotten 100% of the time, as long as no MAJOR mistakes were made in the parts leading up to it. Though I had a tiny slip up in 7, I feel it wasn't enough to throw off the RNG there.

Anyway, I feel this is a good spot to leave the Tyirs category
