Installation of full automatic feta cheese drainage line.

SYNELCO has installed a new production, drainage and management line of cheese blockmoulds for the production of feta. The line is already in operation and is able of handling up to 30 tons of feta cheese daily. The line is fully automatic in its operation and the programming as well the handling are made by the central PLC of the unit via an industrial type touch screen. The line is designed and manufactured according to customer's requirements and includes:

⇨ blockmoulds stackers
⇨ line of initial drainage stacks
⇨ turners of blockmoulds stacks
⇨ drainage line of the blockmoulds during the night
⇨ blockmoulds destackers
⇨ reception line of cheese blocks
⇨ System of the collection and transfer of whey to the ricotta section
