PESANG ISDA BY FOODNATICS

PESANG ISDA/TILAPIA (exact ingredients below) is a Filipino fish recipe. It is made with fried tilapia which is stewed in ginger, garlic, onion, cabbage, pechay and spring onion. Best served while it's steaming hot.

Ingredients:
1 thumb-sized ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
4 cups of rice water
1 & 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
3 pcs fried tilapia
2 stalks of spring onion
1 small-sized cabbage
2 bunch of pechay or you can use bok-choy as well
