Puerto Plata is a really popular city for american expats abroad, so I thought it would be helpful for you to see an example of an average dominican house and what it costs to live and maintain. It is also very close to Cabarete and Sosua, right near the beach and mountains, and a short drive to Santiago de los Caballeros. I love learning more about real estate in dominican republic, price of rent, and different styles of houses and apartments.
