Homeowner Being Scammed by Serial Grifter

Heidi shares her life has been ruined by a serial scam artist and things only got worse when the pandemic hit. Heidi let Kate and her child rent her spare room, but then they refused to leave. When she finally got a court order to have Kate removed, the pandemic hit and Kate has been sheltering in place with Heidi this entire time. Heidi shares that Kate started spraying chemicals all over the house and felt unsafe in her own home. Heidi shares that she decided to look into her renter’s past and she had 3 felonies and two arrest warrants.
