Main secret tech:

Le monarque can be kept indefinitely with the oscillation mod, stacks up to 300% on top of the special buff 100%.

Still hunt with nighthawk can do more damage then a single shot of nighthawk due to the special surge buffing still hunt.

Bows or new weapons with the kill shot mod can stack with special surge.

Hierarchy of needs does great damage when you pair that with moebius tether and shoot through a guidance ring at the same time, again this stacks with special surge.
