My Dad died last week while I was talking to him on the phone, he couldn't talk but I had the incredible luxury of easing him into wherever it is that we go or at least where he is going. My brother in-law's brother and fellow musician that was in my band many years ago committed suicide 3 days ago but hey...
Whilst I have been extremely ill and mostly bed-ridden as the Cancer attacks me... I ain't dead yet
There is no help for those that suffer from anxiety, depression and in my case, those two plus BPD.
Forget establishment, forget care and medical help.
Look after one another, know the signs and show them a different way to live.
Be kind, ever forgiving and do what you can. The rest is up to the individual
As for my Dad? He was a force of nature and a man that did it his way.
He never swerved, he never gave in and he kicked life in the ass because he could.
We can't all do that but we can keep moving until we find our tribe, find our way somehow or just keep looking.
