Trump addresses crowd of young Americans at Arizona rally | FULL
U.S. President Trump delivered a speech to young Americans on Tuesday at the Dream City Church in Phoenix, Arizona.
The event, called "Students for Trump" was expected to draw some 3,000 mostly young attendees to the church, where a new city bylaw requires them to wear a face mask.
Trump's weekend rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was meant to be a sign of the nation's reopening and a show of political force but instead generated thousands of empty seats and swirling questions about the president's campaign leadership and his case for another four years in office.
The low turnout has sharpened the focus on Trump's visit to Arizona, which doubles as both a 2020 battleground state and a surging coronavirus hot spot.
The young attendees gave a loud cheer when the president once again used the term "Kung-Flu" when he was listing terms to describe COVID-19. Critics have blasted the president for his use of the derogatory, racist insult.
