‘We’ve been beaten’: Grim warning over ‘unacceptable’ threat level in the US

Former Secret Service special agent Chuck Marino warns the United States has been “beaten” by criminals as millions of illegal immigrants flood into the country.

Americans will head to the polls in less than six months to decide who will be the next president of the United States with a raft of issues domestically and internationally which will sway voters in November.

Under President Biden, the southern border has become more chaotic than ever, with people on both sides of the political aisle calling for more to be done.

Mr Marino expressed concern over how many terrorists could potentially be entering the United States unnoticed.

“That’s why our threat level now in the US, based on global events, which we know have a direct impact on our threat level, but also the fact that the borders have been opened, our threat level is ten times higher than it was on pre-911 and that’s unacceptable,” Mr Marino told Sky News Australia.

“Especially when you have a department like the Department of Homeland Security that was created specifically in the aftermath of September 11th and was created to put a stop to these types of situations.”
