Insulation 'R-Value' vs. 'U-Value'

Video lecture covering the significance of Foam Insulation R-Value and its relationship to U-Value, or the 'reciprocal of R-Value' measured in Watts per Square Meter (W/Sqm) of Insulation Area. Includes house heating cost analyses' pertinent to Natural Gas and AC Electric heating (2024, U.S.). Most houses are NOT uniformly insulated at a consistent 'R-Value' nor workmanship. Heating costs are typically three to five times higher than the calculation made in this lecture. Or approximately $8 to $12 per day for a 3,000 square feet house, not including taxes and fees.
