Trump’s RNC speech highlights as he warns against Biden’s ‘radical’ agenda

PRESIDENT Donald Trump painted himself as a complete contrast to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in his speech at the Republican National Convention, accusing his opponent of having a "radical" socialist agenda.

Trump stood on the South Lawn to accept his party's nomination for president, expressing that he had a "heart full of gratitude and boundless optimism."

Addressing a maskless crowd, Trump emphasized, "at no time before have voters faced a clearer choice between two parties, two visions, two philosophies, or two agendas."

In a speech that mentioned Biden more than 40 times, the president flipped between touting his own achievements and trying to bash is opponent's prospects.
