In this repair video we have an ipad pro 9.7 that does not charge. 0 Amps is drawn by the amp meter. Tristar u2 charging ic tested faulty. We replaced the tristar chip but battery is not recognized. We removed the motherboard to inspect the battery connector and found 4 broken pins. Let's work on this together and see if we can get the ipad pro 9.7 device fixed and fully functional. .
