సురేష్ నాయక్ గారు ఒక గిరిజన ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన వ్యక్తి. ఆలా అని చెప్పి ఆయన తన తోటి గిరిజన ప్రజలు సాధారణంగా ఏ మార్గం ఎంచుకుంటారో ఆ మార్గం ఎంచుకోలేదు. తనకంటూ ఒక గుర్తింపు ఉండాలి అని కోరుకున్నారు. దానికోసం ఎన్నో కష్టాలు పడ్డారు అలాగే తన జీవితంలో వాళ్ళ అమ్మగారైతేనేమి, వాళ్ళ నాన్నగారైతేనేమి లేక వాళ్ళ గురువుగారైతేనేమి ఇలా చాలా మంది చెప్పిన మాటలు తనని ప్రభావితం చేసాయి. వాళ్ళ ప్రభావం ఎలా ఉంది అలాగే తాను వాళ్ళ నుండి నేర్చుకున్న జీవిత పాఠాలని మనందరితో ఈ రోజు ఈ జోష్ Talks ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకున్నారు. సురేష్ నాయక్ గారు ఇవాల్టి రోజున ISTTM Business School ని స్థాపించి ఎంతో సమర్ధవంతంగా నడిపిస్తున్నారు.

Suresh Naik is chairman and managing director of ISTTM business school. He comes from a small family but he was able to succeed in life and business as he dreamt by taking influences from different people and situations in life. He shared his story through Josh Talks Telugu platform.

He mentions that one of his teachers has influenced him by telling that people from his community don't actually take up jobs out of passion or interest but they just take it up because of reservation. He decided from that day to not take favor of reservation and to compete with the world. He says his second lesson is from his father who thought him about the value of money. His father taught him that only when you spend money and start giving to others you shall know the value of money. He also mentions that his mother is the guide who always encouraged him to withhold ethical values and morals throughout his life and career. He shares his journey from an assistant to an accountant in the company to the Chairman of a Business school and a successful investor. He realized that every small thing is an opportunity to grow when he joined his first job in a company that designs a canopy for fans. He started his own business of selling music CDs with multi-level marketing method and when the business grew he understood that he should learn about managing a business. He cleared his CAT exam with just 2 and a half months of preparation. He says that he learned that if you stay focused anything is possible. He later worked in many high-paying jobs abroad but he always wanted to start on his own in his country. He started a telecom company after it was made successful he started his own B School. He is able to provide employment opportunities for his student. He guided many entrepreneurs to their success. He tells that if one is looking to how to succeed in life one has to dream big, stay focused. He is also an example to say that if you follow your dreams by learning life lessons from everyone around and keep going you can lead a successful life. Many success tips can be taken from his talk to learn how to succeed in business if you are searching for business success.
