Arbi leaves can be used to make patra/Rekvach, which is good for multiple health benefits.

Rich in Nutrients, Good for Digestion, Boosts Immunity, Supports Eye Health, Heart-Healthy, Helps Manage Weight, Improves Bone Health, Regulates Blood Pressure, Supports Healthy Skin, Detoxifying Properties

1. Prepare the Leaves
Wash the Arbi leaves and pat them dry.
Trim the thick veins from the back of the leaves using a knife to make them pliable.

2. Make the Batter
3. Layer the Leaves

Place a leaf on a flat surface with the backside facing up.
Spread a thin layer of the batter evenly over the leaf.
Place another leaf on top and repeat the process, layering 4-5 leaves.

4. Roll the Leaves
5. Steam the Rolls
6. Tempering and Garnish

Cut the roles, Shallow fry.
Ingredients:
8-10 fresh Arbi (Taro) leaves
1 cup gram flour (besan), Rice Flour
2 tablespoons tamarind pulp/lemon juice
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2-3 green chilies (slit)
1 tablespoon oil
7-8 Garlic clove
Salt to taste
