Night Vision Madness | Mirage 2000 Low-Level Valley Run (NVG)

Night flying changes everything.

This run takes the Mirage 2000 down low and deep into the valleys on full NVG, where speed replaces visibility and terrain does not negotiate. No daylight cues. No depth perception. Just green glow, HUD symbology, and rock walls arriving far too quickly.

I’ve flown helicopters on NVGs — slow, deliberate, manageable.
A fast jet is something else entirely.

The Mirage is sharp, unforgiving, and brutally honest at low level. Every input matters. Every correction costs time you don’t have. This is one of those flights where you don’t relax until you’re clear — and even then, your hands are still clenched.
