Ukraine Drones Planting Mines For New Offensive? Russia Mulls Long-Range Arms In Asia, Latin America

Moscow is discussing the issue of deploying long-range weapons with its closest partners, said the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister. Sergei Ryabkov told Russia’s TASS news agency that Moscow has "closest partners" in both Asia and Latin America. Ukrainian President Zelensky on June 18 hailed the success of strikes inside Russia with Western-supplied weapons. Zelensky said the ability to hit "Russian terrorists' positions and launchers near the border truly matters,” adding “it works, just as we expected.” More than 10,000 Russian soldiers have been prosecuted for refusing to fight in Ukraine, an investigation by Mediazona revealed on June 18. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said China's support for Russia's defence industry is prolonging the Ukraine war and "has to stop.”
