THPS2 - School - How to open the Secret Area!

Here you can see how to open the gym and pool in the school level of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2.
You have to grind down the rail while the driver is driving up. I think the clock has to be at 1:44 or 1:43 when you start to grind.
Maybe you have to try sometimes.
