Hello and Sat Shri Akal to our amazing subscribers!

WE HAVE FINALLY DECIDED TO MAKE THIS CHANGE! It has been so long since we have taken the time to care about ourselves and our fitness and the time is finally here! Since Noah is a bit older now and able to go a while without needing us (so he can get some fun time with his grandmas while we are out), so it's time for us to focus on our health and fitness again to take care of ourselves for the future.
