Bocuse d´Or 2015 Winner Ørjan Johannessen´s Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri, Norway

In 2015 chef Ørjan Johannesen, from the small fishing village Bekkjarvik outside Bergen, Norway, teamed up with his brother and won the prestigeous Bocuse d'Or cooking competion in Lyon. The competition is regarded as the cooking world championship. Here we present his own restaurant at Anne island outside Bergen, Norway
