Pineapple Pie : Old Fashion / Home made.

For Pie Lovers, here is for you guys. As a retired Master Baker, I would like to teach you / show you. How to make this gorgeously deliciously good looking commercial type Pineapple Pie sold in a commercial bakery. You can make this at home. Your love one will be proud of you.
Note: water to be added little by little, during mixing flour and shortening. ( sorry, camera issue: not recorded ) also, the listed amount of ingredients, are located in the last part of this video. thanks.

Ingredients:
(canned)Crushed pineapple 20 oz
(canned)Pineapple tidbits 20 oz
Sugar 1 cup
Cornstarch 1/2 cup
Lemon extract 1 tsp
(Cook until it thickens then set aside)

Crust:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Shortening 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup (Add 1 tbsp at a time)

Bake 40mins 400°F
