In this clip, Joanna Chiu explains to me one of the most bizarre and extreme cases of harassment of an individual outside of China (albeit a Chinese citizen). He opened a Twitter account with a fake name, and different gender, used a VPN, and simply retweeted an anti-Chinese post - as a result, he faced harassment and his family faced threats.
