If someone has forgotten both their SBI YONO username and password, they can still log in by following a structured recovery process. Here’s the complete step-by-step guide:

Registered mobile number (linked with SBI account)

Active SBI debit card

Internet banking or mobile banking enabled (optional but helpful)

Step 1: Open YONO SBI App
Download/open the YONO SBI app from Play Store or App Store.

Tap on "Login" or "Existing Customer".

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Username/Password?

Step 2: Recover Username
Tap on "Forgot Username".

Enter the following details:

CIF Number (you can find this on your SBI passbook or bank statement)

Country (select your country)

Enter registered mobile number.

Tap "Submit".

You will receive an OTP on your mobile.

Enter the OTP and proceed.

Your Username will be displayed on the screen and also sent via SMS/email.

Step 3: Reset Password
Once you have the username, go back and choose "Forgot Password":

Enter the recovered Username.

Enter your CIF number and registered mobile number.

Choose the method to reset password (typically through OTP).

Verify OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Set a new login password.

Step 4: Login to YONO
Now, go back to the YONO app login screen.

Enter your Username and new Password.

Tap Login.

If prompted, you can also set MPIN for quicker future logins.

If you don’t know your CIF number, call SBI customer care or check your passbook/internet banking profile or you can also visit sbi branch to know your cif number.
