Marty Robbins Crying Time.wmv

Here's Buck Owens song from 1964 sung by Marty on a TV show. Surprisingly, the song was only a flip side for Buck, the top side being 'I've Got A Tiger By The Tail.' The song was too good to fade into anonymity and has undoubtedly been cut by more artists than 'Tiger' ever was. It has become a country standard although I'm not sure if it has actually been a hit for any countryartist. Ray Charles had a top 10 hit in 1966 in the Hot 100 and Barbra Streisand also recorded the song which is a surprise as I never imagined her singing songs that say, a Crystal Gayle or Loretta Lynn would sing.. A pity Marty never actually recorded the song, but then he couldn't record every song ever written could he?
