「會上亦播放了一段於1995年拍攝的《鏗鏘集》。片中一群當年的中大醫科畢業「新鮮人」，現今已成醫護界翹楚，包括香港中文大學醫學院助理院長(學習體驗)吳兆文教授、香港中文大學醫學院外科學系神經外科組名譽臨床助理教授陳達明醫生，及現職醫院管理局資訊科技部醫療信息管理辦事處高級醫療信息經理唐綺霞醫生。

三位當事人於片後現身，笑談當年少不更事，僅有一腔胸懷壯志，偏偏在中大醫學院這個充滿機遇的地方找到發揮空間。他們表示，中大醫學生具有儉樸、實幹、具社會良知和使命感的特質，而且師生關係濃厚，容易打成一片，甚少階級之分。」

"A video of RTHK programme “Hong Kong Connection” filmed in 1995 was played in the event which featured a group of fresh graduates of the medical school. These the-then “young” doctors have all now become leaders in the medical profession. They are Professor Simon Ng Siu-man, Assistant Dean (Learning experiences) of the Faculty of Medicine, CUHK; Dr Danny Chan Tat-ming, clinical assistant professor (honorary), Division of Neurosurgery, CUHK; and Dr Anna Tong Yee-ha, Senior Health Informatician (medical informatics management), Information Technology Services Division of Hospital Authority.

The three doctors recalled those good times at CUHK Faulty of Medicine where they were inspired and provided ample opportunities to realize their potentials. They saw that the characteristics of CUHK medical students as plain, simple, pragmatic, socially conscientious and dedicated, and the student-teacher relations as very friendly, integrated and had little regard for ranks."
