Political Consultancy, Samagra | Gaurav Goel | TEDxIITRoorkee

An ex-McKinsey, IIT-IIM graduate and now, an entrepreneur, Gaurva Goel began his 18-minute talk by explaining the analogy between a person's life and a machine-line of a product. Through this he characterised starting his own enterprise of Political Consultancy as an act of breaking the exisiting, monotonous life to yet another adventure. Throughout his speech, he focused on the current and future prospects of political consultancy in India.

Gaurav Goel is the Co-Founder of Samagra Development, An MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Computer Engineer from IIT Delhi. He has 3+ years of management consulting experience with McKinsey & Company, where in addition to serving leading clients in the transport infrastructure sector (roads, sea ports, airports and metros) he worked closely with the Department of Post, Government of India, on revamping the Speed Post network in the country.He has led all projects undertaken by Samagra since its inception in 2012.
