This is the best and the special recipe with the golden winter chanterelles mushroom or the Italian Finferle.
Finferle is different from finferli.
Finferle (plural form of finferla) are thin and easy to break when still raw. Their color is golden yellow/orange yellow like the egg yolk. the cap is mostly dark brown and not very pronounced(small in diameter of abot 3-6cm and sunken center. The stem is straight tall and hallow inside.
Finferli( plural form of Finferlo) are thick and solid. The color is golden yellow, very bright.
The cap is very large, can be 10 centimeters in diameter, convex shape from edges and then becomes concave in the center. The stem is stocky, solid not hallow, and usually 7 centimeters in length(too short and fat) the lower gills have the same color as the cap and are very compact. The internal meat is also firm and pulpy, light yellow almost white in color.
