How to Safely Remove an NH35 Movement From a Watch Case

In this video, I show how to safely remove an NH35 movement from a watch case without damaging the movement, dial, or hands. Many aftermarket NH35 cases use a compression-fit design, which means the movement won’t simply fall out when the case is opened.

I walk through the basic steps, including removing the case back, releasing the crown stem, and carefully prying the movement out from safe contact points. This method helps avoid bending parts or damaging fragile components during removal.
