MAKING MONEY FROM APARTMENT RENTALS

This is part two of my video with Harris Acido, an OFW who is making a lot of money in Qatar which in turn he used to build a lot of rental properties in the Philippines. Aside from the condo that he owns, he has built apartment units which he is deriving passive income from.

In this video, we will breakdown the pros and cons of getting rental income from apartments and if it is also a viable alternative than just buying a condo unit.

I hope stories like this inspire you to invest further because it's really not about how big your salary is but rather how large your passive income from your investments are. Don't focus on active income, focus on passive income for life!
