VOULIAGMENI Walking Tour | Athens Greece

Vouliagmeni is almost certainly the most beautiful suburb of Athens, Greece. Located at the southwestern base of Ymittos Mountain and is only 20km away south of the center of Athens. It extends around the bay of Vouliagmeni and the whole area is full of pine and palm trees. The eastern part is rocky and where its center is located nearby the lake of Vouliagmeni.

The western part of the area consists of two peninsulas, Micro Kavouri and Megalo Kavouri, which means small and big crab in Greek due to their geological shape, with sandy beaches, luxury hotels and residences, a large marina, restaurants, tennis courts, sports facilities and the renowned Astir Palace Four Seasons Hotel.
